Shoulders: from one shoulder seam to the other.
Length: from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the sweater.
Sleeve length: from the shoulder seam to the end of the wrist.

Tip: The knit may vary, allow for a tolerance of ±2 cm. For an oversized look, choose one size up.
